Where we ship

 

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Shipping options at checkout

 

Free Shipping - free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

 

Expedited - $8.00, arrives in 2 to 3 business days.

 

Priority - $15.00, arrives in 1 to 2 business days.

 

Delivery windows are business days, exclude weekends and holidays, and begin when your order ships rather than when it is placed.

 

Processing

 

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Arizona time are processed the next business day. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Delays

 

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, and holiday volume can extend transit times. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email support@buffalocreeksupplies.com and we will trace it for you.

 

Damaged or incorrect shipments

 

Please inspect your order on arrival. If it arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@buffalocreeksupplies.com within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you at no cost. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
