Non-organic fill does not make a fabric bag waterproof or eliminate the need for care. If your bag gets wet, let the shell and contents dry thoroughly before storage.

Is my entire shooting bag 95% lighter?
No. The up-to-95% comparison refers to fill weight at equal volume against standard polymer or sand fill. Your complete bag also includes its shell, stitching, handles, and other hardware. Actual savings depend on the reference material, fill amount, and packing.
Does every Buffalo Creek Supplies bag include it?
PHANTOM-FILL is our priority premium blend for ultralight applications, but fill options vary. Check the exact product description and selected variant. Bags sold unfilled or with another fill do not automatically include PHANTOM-FILL.
Why choose it over corn cob or another organic fill?
PHANTOM-FILL combines low carry weight and a conforming feel with non-organic material. Unlike plant-based fill, it does not rot from moisture. You should still dry a wet bag and its contents before storing them.
Is it waterproof?
Resistance to organic decay is different from waterproofing. PHANTOM-FILL does not make a bag's fabric, seams, or closure waterproof. Follow the care instructions for your bag and dry it after wet use.
