2-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee
At Buffalo Creek Supplies, we build gear meant to perform in the field — not fall apart on the bench. Every bag we make is backed by our 2-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee.
What is covered
For two years from the date of purchase, we cover defects in materials and workmanship — seams, stitching, fabric, zippers, clips and straps. If something fails because of how the bag was made, we will repair or replace it.
What is not covered
- Normal wear from regular use, including fading, scuffing and surface marks.
- Damage from accident, modification, or use other than supporting a firearm.
- Abrasion and seam failure caused by sand fill. Sand grinds a bag apart from the inside — see our Shooters Fill Guide for what to fill with instead.
- Loss, theft, or damage in transit.
How to make a claim
Email support@buffalocreeksupplies.com with your order number and a few photos of the problem. We will come back to you with next steps.
This guarantee is offered to the original purchaser and does not affect your statutory rights.
